Pangrams

 Today in writing time we learnt about Pangrams. A Pangram is a sentence with all the letters of the alphabet. 

here is our groups Pangram  
The seven zebras danced and jumped and played in Xmas time on the queens crown made of fudge and we kicked the fudge and the vase over.


Here is my own:
the tigers played at Xmas time and ate lots of fudge and turkey, played baseball with a cat.

wearable wonders



 Monday
9am- today we are going to... start constructing our wearable art, Erin and me made a dress that has a neck less and a bow on the skirt

yesterday we completed the...  train  because we worked hard 

we had difficulty with the... train because all the decorations kept on blowing away in the wind 
we found out that... you have to have great ideas
working in  a group is... helpful because you can give each other ideas   
dose your outfit reflect your element... yes it dose because we did clouds on the hat and train 
the Torbay school learning model helps... me plan my work

Capacity 
I was learning about... capacity. 
I found out that... the factory's don't fill milk bottles up to the top.    
I wondered... if the milk bottle would hold 2 l. 
It was tricky because...  got water down my sleeve. 
I enjoyed...estimating how much water would go in the pots.
I didn't enjoy... getting water all over my shoes

Torbay school report

Torbay School


Torbay Primary School is a school for years 0  to 6 to learn and is run by Wendy Sandifer. Torbay school is on Deep Creek road, in  Torbay, the North Shore of Auckland.


Opportunities
At Torbay School there are many opportunities for young students to participate in such as Pacifica and Kapa Haka.


Technology
There is also lots of technology at Torbay School. Students  Years 5 and 6 use BYOD ( bring your own device) and Torbay School has radio station and triple tv station which student can take part in.


In conclusion Torbay School is an great place to inform young students to learn. Torbay school has many amazing opportunities and activities.
